As of June 1, 2020, our office hours for client return drop-off are Tuesday and Thursday from 11am to 1pm. General calls will also be answered during these times.
For general questions or return status, info@taxsense.com is being monitored each weekday.
Preparers are working remotely to complete tax returns and can also be reached via email. Completed returns will be mailed or sent securely through our portal based on your preference.

As of March 20, 2020, Tax filing has been extended to July 15th as well as the payment Deadline. As of March 27, 2020 Massachusetts extended the filing deadline until July 15, 2020 to match federal filing. See below* for additional state filing deadlines.

*AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, WI, WV, and USVI have changed from 4/15 to 7/15 filing and payments deadline for coronavirus pandemic.
Note: CT and MN business deadlines are not 7/15.
Note: NC payment deadline is 4/15. No penalties will be assessed before 7/15 but interest will accrue after 4/15.
6 states [HI (7/20), IA (7/31), ID (6/15), MS (5/15), NH (6/15), VA (5/1 filings, 6/1 payments), WA (6/15)] and Puerto Rico (6/15) changed to other filing and payments deadline for coronavirus pandemic
Over the last couple of weeks, not an hour has passed without an announcement about diagnoses, closures, quarantines, remote working, and numerous other changes to our normal daily lives due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. At Henderson, Grealis/TaxSense, our number one concern is the health of our employees and clients, and by extension, your families and friends.
Thank you to those of you who have already filed. If you have a Federal balance due, you have an additional 90 days (July 15, 2020) to make any payments.
